Piecefolio is operated by Adam Allcock in New York, United States. Questions about these terms can be sent through the monitored contact address below.

Using the service

The service provides informational tools, source-attributed summaries, comparisons, and links to third-party merchants. You may use the public pages for lawful personal research and shopping decisions.

You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, introduce malware, misrepresent affiliation, submit unlawful material, or use automated access in a way that disrupts availability or ignores published technical restrictions.

Evidence is not a guarantee

Product specifications and reported experience can be incomplete, subjective, delayed, mismatched, or changed by a later production run. Confidence bands describe the available source set; they do not promise that every buyer will have the same experience.

Piecefolio does not physically test products unless a future page explicitly says otherwise and documents that method. The current product model is based on attributed third-party evidence.

Prices, availability, and purchases

Merchant offers are observations, not offers made by Piecefolio. Prices, taxes, shipping, stock, product identity, return terms, and eligibility can change. Confirm all material details on the merchant site before purchasing.

The merchant—not Piecefolio—is responsible for the listing, sale, payment, delivery, customer service, returns, refunds, warranties, and product safety. Any dispute about a purchase must be addressed under the merchant’s terms.

Affiliate relationships

The public service may earn compensation from qualifying purchases through identified affiliate links. This should not change your price. Read the affiliate disclosure for presentation and tracking details.

Third-party content and links

Source links, merchant links, and cited third-party materials remain under their respective owners’ control and terms. A link or citation does not imply endorsement, partnership, continuous availability, or responsibility for the third-party service.

Intellectual property and submissions

The site’s original interface, taxonomy, text, and compilation are protected by applicable law. Puzzle artwork, product names, trademarks, source content, and merchant materials remain the property of their respective owners.

A correction or takedown submission should include only material you are authorized to provide. You allow the operator to use the submission to investigate, document, and resolve the request; ownership of your underlying material is not transferred.

Corrections and removal

Accurate edition identity and attribution matter. Use the corrections and takedown route for a factual, matching, rights, privacy, or source concern. The operator may correct, annotate, limit, or remove material while a request is reviewed.

Service changes and availability

The operator may change, suspend, or discontinue a page, source connector, feature, or the service itself. A source objection, format change, or reliability issue may require evidence to be paused while an alternative is evaluated.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, merchant availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, safety, or professional advice.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service or a third-party purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live remain unaffected.
